SANTO DOMINGO TO BELERADO

22.4 km / 14.0 miles

Started walking at 5:30 this morning. Gets hot in Spain after midday, and so all the walking can be done by noon if one gets up at 5 am

First village was Granon, and a great place for breakfast.

This sign indicates entering a new region of Spain. Castile and León is a region of northwestern Spain, consisting predominantly of a high plateau ringed by mountains. This is where I will be walking. Arrive Burgos in 2 days.

Tonights Alburgue was really nice with a pool.
